About

The AVP device was conceived and developed at the Leiden university medical center (LUMC), Leiden, the Netherlands. The device is now under further development towards industrialisation.

The initial ideas were materialized as re-usable titanium instrument designed and manufactured in the LUMC. As such it was wet-tested as well as appplied clinically.

At the moment a team of experts are involved for further development of the product as a disposable version and its manufacture as well as the development of the market and its global distribution.

These efforts have led to a project with the intention to further develop these ideas into a fully fledged project organization.
